Anthony and Eric are brothers. Anthony retired from his lucrative medical practice and Eric retired from the postal service. One thing they have always enjoyed is cooking. They used to work in their mother’s restaurant while they were in high school and college. Now that they’ve retired, they would like to open a restaurant, and they have come to you seeking your advice.
