Paraphrase/form notes into presentation/speech

At least 3-minute long (2 pages max) Presentation/speech argument on a Palestinian settlement in the Arab-Israeli peace process. Have some notes that could form a substantial amount of the presentation (if not all) that I need paraphrased into an informative, down-to-earth, political statement. Need good English and interesting presentation of arguments.
