Organizational Theory - Term Paper

The term paper must be written by MS Word on the letter-size with 1” margin of all sides by using Time New Roman of Font 11 Regular Style, with 1.5 line space, and endnotes plus references. The volume of a paper is eleven (11) pages excluding endnotes and references (no more than 2 pages of each). The first page is filled only with Abstract and Key words under the topic - author name and affiliation (---------- University).
