organization development presentation

hi,

i have incomplete presentation slides i want to complete the last slides.

1-  Collect information on challenges the organization faces and propose a diagnostic of the organization

2-  Make the case for an OD intervention and choose a change strategy that would allow the organization to overcome at least some these challenges;

3- Highlight individual level and team level consequences;

4-  Explain how change resistance will be overcome;
