There are over a million NPOs in the United States alone, and this number expands every day. This presents a wealth of new opportunities for people looking to go into the field. However, it also creates its share of challenges. In this Discussion, you will consider the opportunities and challenges associated with your Final Project NPO and how you might respond to them.
To prepare for this Discussion:
• Review a few of the articles located on the Web sites in this week’s Learning Resources.
• Review the Video program (link provided below) "Opportunities and Challenges" with Chuck Foster, focusing on the opportunities and challenges related to NPOs and the nonprofit sector.
• Consider specific opportunities and challenges that might be associated with its creation and operation of a NPO you would oversee
