I am student 3 on this project. I have to create a network diagram for our wedding planning business. I am attaching my groups work they have completed. Just so you can see what we are doing. Theres is only a guide as to what needs to be on the diagram.

continue with the work on the course project, the following items need to be created this week for submission. Additionally, explain the purpose of each of these items as they relate to projects. The explanation of each should not be less than one paragraph in length:

1. Develop a Work Breakdown Structure (pages 112-115 in the textbook)
2. Develop a Network Diagram (pages 118 -123 in the textbook) - make sure to include the activity number, the description, the person responsible, and estimated duration (pages 152-153 in the textbook)
3. Develop a Responsibility Assignment Matrix (page 116 in the textbook)
4. Develop a Schedule depicting the earliest start and finish times, the latest start and finish times, and the total slack (page 164 in the textbook).

The team can utilize the templates in the textbook to guide the completion of these deliverables.

Two Tiered Grading:

Individual Submission- Due by 11:59pm Friday - 30 points

Group Submission - Due by 11:59pm Sunday - 45 Points
