need someone that does english to fix this

I sent out multiple assignments and They were not according to the syllabus. Assignments have already been submitted so this assignment must fall in line with the work already submitted. Cant change the topics. I have attaced the assignmet i paid for and tthe srequirements as to how it should be structured, I dont know why but the last tutor basicllay didnt read and I recieved a zero... Please help!!!!
