Need sentence reformation/paraphrasing/ re write from the old research paper @ 20 pages ….. Find the instructions below.

I have a research paper which belongs to my senior student who is from same school and same professor. That whole paper needs to be sentence reformation/paraphrasing/ re write the paper and  also paraphrase headings and the total content  should be plagiarism free when I submitted in my school turnitin it should show less than 10% similarity 

Does not matter if you can change or remove some information and make sure that total number of pages should not be less than 22
