Need Project Completed

There are 5 sections to this project. I am running behing with things going on like work and drill and really need the help to get this done. 

I need everything completed in a upper division level class quality. 

Please see attachment. It will be attached in a compressed folder.

I am attaching everything to make sure all directions are clear.

Please revise what I have already completed if you feel its needed.

My project proposal is made up and feel free to adjust it for better results.
