In the unit readings, you explored strategies for selecting and applying metrics to strategic supply chain management. For this discussion:

• Review the metrics discussed on pages 174–188, Tables 5.1 and 5.2 on pages 175–176, Table 5.3 on page 179, and Figures 5.1–5.5 on pages 180–188 in your textbook, Strategic Supply Chain Management.
• Identify the metrics that are most applicable to your current or past employer's management team.
• Describe why your selected metrics are appropriate
• In order to make sure you will address all issues assigned in a discussion post, you should use assigned questions as section titles and then address them one-by-one.
