Management homework

  This week, complete the Management in Practice: Experiential Exercise relevant to management skills on page 25 of your text to earn 10 points extra credit.  (I scored 25 on conceptual, 21 on human and only 12 on technical.  Almost no one scores high in all 3 categories.)  Reflect on your scores for the 3 categories and submit a Word document (no more than two pages double spaced) covering the following points about your scores:

1. What is your weakest skill set and what should you do to strengthen it?
2. List 1-2 negative consequences of a low score in each of the 3 categories.
3. Which concepts in this class are you most interested in learning and/or improving and why.
