Project: Final Project: Decision Analysis Paper, Part 2

The Final Project is designed to help you synthesize the insights and knowledge you have gained about decision making throughout this course and apply that synthesis to a decision problem that matters to you. This week, you will refine your paper based on feedback received from your Instructor in Week 8.

Write a 4- to 6-page paper, revising and refining the one you submitted in Week 8. In this paper, also determine “states of nature” with corresponding likelihoods, as well as potential alternative solutions to the problem, and the utility or payoff associated with each alternative. Provide a decision tree that captures your decision problem.

Please revise this paper.  I have attached instructor comments.  A decision tree must also be added.
