You are required to write a research paper comparing and evaluating the differences between the US legal system, the Israeli legal system, and select the legal system of either: Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Syria, Turkey, or Iran.

A.    Explain how the country’s legal systems you chose and the Israeli legal system compare to each other.

B.     Explain how the country’s legal systems you chose and the Israeli legal system compare to the US legal system.

Specifically:

Ø  You must compare and contrast these legal systems;

Ø  Evaluate each in terms of effectiveness and efficiency, major foundational ideas, conduciveness to freedom and liberty, moral and philosophical bases, and impact on the lives of citizens.

Research Paper

Write a research paper analyzing and evaluating the legal systems of the US, Israel, and a Middle East country of your choice as described above. The text of this research paper must be 9–10 pages (not including title page, reference page, and any appendices). The paper must include an Introduction, Conclusion, and a Reference page. This paper must be in current Turabian format and must include citations to a sufficient number of appropriate scholarly sources to fully support your assertions and conclusions. The paper must contain citations to a minimum of 7 sources and the Bible.
