You will develop a leadership development plan for your career development as a leader in health services administration or in another related field. Like a business plan, it should express your desired goals (both short and long term), your objectives, and the resources you need to be successful in achieving your career goals.

Your career plan paper should be 3 pages in length in addition to a title page and a reference page, according to APA Guidelines. Please submit this APA paper to the Dropbox by the end of Unit 9 on Tuesday, by 11:59 p.m. (ET).
