Law Writing Assignment

You are tasked with writing a paper for this class.  The due date indicated on the syllabus has not changed and controls.  At present, it is due March  31, 2016.  Please hand your papers in at the beginning of the class.  I do not like to receive papers via e-mail.  

The paper topic is on anything related to law, and how you can relate it to our class.  This class is EXTREMELY broad, so your range of topics are everywhere (remember today, tell me what does not relate to something legal).  Your goal is to educate me.  There is no right or wrong answer/side/opinion/or otherwise.  Instead, pretend I don’t know anything and you are truly going to present your case.  Take a shot at persuasive writing and convince me why your side is the right side. 

The paper itself needs to be four pages long, double-spaced, 12-point font, Times New Roman, and one-inch margins on all sides.  More importantly, justify your margins on all sides!!!!!!!  Please do not simply turn in an unrevised paper.  Review it, revise it, and finalize it.  I expect citations!  As stated, MLA format shall apply.

Remember, the topic you chose is solely up to you.  That stated, it must relate to something in POWERPOINT
