Watch the "Cracking the Nazi Enigma Machine" video.  

Answer the following: Consider the failures that lead to the cracking of the secret code machine.  List and describe one failure in each area: People, Process, Techology. Focus on just the errors associated with the Enigma machine that help lead to the decoding of its encrypte messages.
