Design a personal workout program for yourself for one week.   Please include what energy system you are using.  Include in the design how you are going to measure the effectiveness of the plan and how you will modify the plan for continued improvement in health or fitness.   Minimum of 300 words. BE SURE TO INCLUDE DETAILS LIKE  THE EXERCISE YOU COMPLETE WITH REPS AND SETS IF YOU ARE STRENGTH TRAINING.
