I need help developing my capstone argument idea.

I want to write about Turnaround Management.

I can't figure out what the Main argument should be?

Also, what the 1 reason, 2 reason and 3 reasons will be in the argument.

 Can you tell me who you are your audience is?  What do you want them to know?  What will you accomplish for them in this paper?
