Please see attached document. You will want to write a good academic rational as to why you want to do this and how you will be successful waiving the prerequisites to Qrb501. Mentioning GI bill will not help your appeal.

There is not a requirement. It doesn’t need to be long but they need to understand that you are aware of the challenges that will arise by doing this and have a clear plan of how to succeed in spite of it.

Pretend you are a teacher and a student asked you if they could do this. What would you want to hear from them for you to say yes.

I would say 1-2 paragraphs, if that, should cover it.
