the post just needs a 100  words to the following statement

 

There are a variety of ways to organize information within a document to make it more visually eye appealing both for marketing and professional purposes.

I personally like bumping up the font size changing up the line spacing creating more white space in the document. When creating a document that contains a lot of text, it is much easier to read and follow if the font is at a minimum of 12pt and line spacing is slightly more than normal.

I also will add bullets and/or numbers when listing information. This is a great way to highlight information that you want the reader to absorb and will be easy for them to find when going back to review the document.
