Intro to Policing paper

Question 1:

In 2008, almost 95% of all police agencies have fewer than 100 full time sworn officers, and nearly 50% have fewer than 10.  How might the size of an agency influence recruitment, training, and decision making?

Question 2:

What is police subculture? How does police subculture influence officer attitudes and behaviors?  Is police subculture good?
