Once there, enter HIPAA  in search box to read the Privacy Rule and HIPAA Security Rule Then, conduct a thorough investigation of the Breach Notification Rule, including the definition of breach, breach notification requirements, burden of proof, and how to submit a breach notification to the authorities.
