Conduct the following Internet Search on the subject of "360-degree performance reviews" and submit your answer in a Word document to the drop box as explained below.

1. Conduct an Internet search using the keywords, “360-degree performance reviews.”
2. Skim through the entries that pop up from the Web. Choose 3 or 4 - or more - sites to visit.
3. Read 2-4 articles from these sites. Take notes.
4. Write an explanation of what a "360-degree performance review" is and how it works. At the end of your explanation, make a brief list of websites and resources you used. You must use at least 2 sites.
