i need a help with my english homework?

I have an essay, and i only wrote the body paragraphs. so i need help with coming up with an 1) interesting topic that are related to the topic, and 2) a conclusion for the essay. + proofreading for the whole essay only the grammer mistakes.

topic background:

the diversity and openness of california culture has historically drawn immigrants from around the world who have hoped to change their fortunes and lifestyle, or to expand their opportunities. in california,we find immigrants group who have fully assimilated within one or two generations, and the pthers who remain enclosed in ethnic groups, maintaining their own language, culture and customs in varying degrees.
