Your friend Amanda wants to build a 5 bed roomed house for her residential purposes. She has already identified a contractor, Jason Contractors Inc., and they have orally agreed to make the Contract .She meets you and has learned that you are well informed in matters relating to the Legal Aspects of Construction and seeks your advice.

You are required to draw a simple agreement between Amanda and the Contractor pointing out the salient features that may be included in their Construction Contract.

Some of the terms agreed already include the following:

1. Total cost of constructing the house will be $ 430,000.(Agreed)
2. The completion date will be September  1, 2011 (Agreed)
