I need an APA formatted paper that meets all requirements listed below in the description.

I need this work done according to the instructions listed here and to follow the outline. This work needs to be done in consitency with APA format to include proper grammar, punctuation and spelling. The last two times I sued this service it was subpar at best with to over priced for what I recieved in return. 

Imagine you are a consultant providing advice to small business owners. There are two different customers, a woman and a veteran, who come to you for advice.
