I wanted to give you a chance to re-do your response to assignment 6.  Please read the assignment instructions carefully, because they require that you copy the business purchase "base form" and then use it to draft a purchase agreement.  You need to "show" all changes. 

 

In other words, you use the existing form as a "base" form.  You then modify it to respond to the "Background and Assumptions" described in the assignment.

 

Please re-submit at your earliest opportunity.  Also, please let me know as soon as possible when you think this might be.  I need to submit grades very soon.
