  • Distinguish leadership styles
  • Apply leadership theories to real leaders
  • Relate leadership with other key areas of management
  • Link the text with real world working managers

Instructions:

  1. Find a business leader, past or present, who you greatly admire
  2. Post this information about the leader:  Business(s) he/she has led, summarize his/her leadership style, his/her personality, his/her leadership philosophy, and how these characteristics influenced the feel (organizational culture) and motivation strategies used in the company.
  3. Also post a video of your leader so others can see him/her.
  4. Make clear connections back to the text including the leadership styles AND theories.
  5. Also discuss what you found interesting and/or were surprised by.
  6. Post by Wednesday at 11:55 pm.
