Hello I have HR homework. 2 questions in 3 pages.

For this first mini-HR project, you need to answer 2 basic questions related to the EEOC topic:

1. Of all the EEOC laws and regulations, which one(s) has(have) had the biggest impact to managing the workforce up to this point in time?
2. Of all the EEOC laws and regulations, which one(s) will have the biggest impact for the next 5-10 years?

I am looking for more than just "commentary" (your opinion), so please provide some evidence as to why you selected the EEOC laws in your responses.  Your responses should be at least 1.5 pages per question.  Provide a cover page, followed by your answers to the two questions.
