Human Rights research paper

ou have substantial latitude in your topic selection, but your paper should focus on one or more aspects of The Locust Effect you find to be worth analyzing closely and/or exploring in more detail.  You may decide to explore a particular challenge a particular country faces, a particular recurring issue all developing countries face, a particular law or policy with which you disagree and/or believe should be handled differently, a particular governmental study or project you think could or should be changed or improved, a particular idea you have for solving one or more of the problems identified in the book, or something else along these lines. Grading will be originality, depth of analysis, depth of research, conclusions/recommendation, and writing style (including grammar, punctuation, and bluebook).
