A. You will earn 24 points (12 points each) for your initial consult posts. These points will be based on your post reflecting your use of:

(a) creative but solid T and D concepts to solve for the issue (1–3 points);

(b) a noted understanding of the issue involved (1–3 points);

(c) a compassion for people and concern for the company (1–3 points);
