• Prepare a memorandum to the department’s division head summarizing effect of legalizing marijuana to police department personnel.
• Your audience is the sheriff and/or chiefs of police in your county;

or  

• Prepare an operational plan to the division major identifying the human trafficking concern in your jurisdiction, and a proposing a means to monitor and address the concern.
