help in my english essay?

it is about 2.5 to 3 pages essay (double spaced). I have to summarize an article and gives a response. 

• please read the direction carfully ( it has everything on it ).
• a short summary about one of the author's opinion in the introduction.  
• the thesis has to be the last sentense in the introduction. 
• each body paragraph has to have:1) a transition to the thesis.   2) one-two sentense intoduction for the example.                                                                 3) 5-6 sentence an example.    4) explanation of the example.
• conclusion.
