HELP 17 hours work

On a single day, take a systematic sample of the cars in the ampatheater parking lot by the SLC  (The parking lot above and East of the SLC) using every 5th car. 

1) Chose a parameter (ie most common color, least common make, ...) 

2) Create a frequency distribution and a bar graph

3) Answer the parameter question by giving the statistic

4) Write up your results in a perfectly clear and readable manner
