In 2-3 pages, compare and contrast health care reform in two different states. Your paper should include a minimum of three specific examples of similarities or differences in health care reform in the two states.

Example: One possibility would be to compare Maine's health care reform in 2003 to Tennessee's 1994 health care reform known as "TennCare."
