For your term project how will you define the groups that will influence the buying behaviors for your product? How will you communicate your message keeping in mind that you will target not only your actual consumer, but different influencing circles that may impact the purchase of your product? How will WOM affect this process? Will you use market mavens and e-fluentials to reach with your message? In your quest to get your message out to the correct targets will you have to treat this group differently?
