1. How should Fernandez go about analyzing the factors that led to the recent incidents with the team? What model based on your readings from Robbins & Judge (Chapters 9 & 10)  should he use to assess the situation? More specifically, which elements of the model are most appropriate given the situation? What are some of the group processes/dynamics to consider. Please elaborate and provide examples.
