When studying a particular bacterium found in deer you understand all the basics of the bacteria and the life cycle. However, you found deer that were dead and when investigating why you determine it was the same bacterium you were studying but the morphology of the bacterium was different as compared to before. You see that there is a capsule now enclosing the bacteria that caused it now to become infectious. With this information please discuss what could've possibly taken place.
