"Sustaining Change" Please respond to the following:

Consider a situation where you are the change manager for your organization, and your company has just completed a fairly successful change process. Based on the strategies for sustaining change outlined in Chapter 12 of the Palmer textbook, select a strategy you believe would be most helpful for you to sustain the change that has taken place. Next, describe how that strategy would be implemented. Provide a justification for your choice of strategy. 

Provide at least one suggestion for sustaining change that was not mentioned in Chapter 12 of the Palmer textbook, and explain how that suggestion would assist you in maintaining the change in your current organizational environment.

"Culture" Please respond to the following:

Describe the culture of the organization where you currently work or one where you have worked. Indicate whether or not the culture of the organization had a positive or negative effect on your performance. Justify your response. 

Based on the material covered in Chapter 10 of the Kotter textbook on changing culture, recommend at least two strategies that could be implemented at your current organization or one that you have worked for that would improve the overall culture of your workplace. Justify why these changes may be necessary.
