formal report

this is going to be a formal report with a minimun of between 1500 to maximun o 1800 words, but it has to be weekly done.

for example this is going to be first week assignment:

Week 1: In preparation for the Formal Report, you will discuss your topic and associated components. Using pages 12-13 as a guide (See Figure 1.3 on p. 12) PAIBOC, provide your intended topic,  and analyze it based on (P)urpose, (A)udience, (I)nformation, (B)enefits, (O)bjections, and (C)ontext or, as your book coins the term: PAIBOC. You should also identify the specific problem and the three potential solutions you are researching. Your post must be 300 words minimum.
