Find an aircraft accident topic and present it in the following different models:

• 5 Models
• Swiss Cheese Model (Be creative in it)
• Shell Model

Here I attach an example of the way the project has to be done in 5 models, but the other two models have to be more creative depends of the information of the aircraft accident.
