You are the Coscto company, and you will write 6 full pages about acqusation of pricesmart company. You have financial documents of both companies in the excell sheet. You will have 4 tabs in the excell sheet. 1st tab is Costco's financial statement, 2nd tab is Pricesmart's financial statement. 3rd tab is these two combined companies's financial statement and 4th one is where you see gains and losses(Summary). You are not going to touch 1st, 2nd and 4th tab in the excell sheet. You are going to play with only 3rd tab which is Combined IS and you will change only 4 percentages or numbers in the blue colum in the income statements, such as, Sales Growth, Gross Profit Margin, etc.) These changes in percentages will result in loss and gains on the 4th tab( Summary). +5000 and -5000 gains or losses are not acceptable.

You make the changes and decide whether Coscto should acquire smartprice or not. You should come up with logical assumptions and numbers. There are also 5 articles that you should use as a reference in the essay. Following the rubric and no plagiarism are extremely important.
