This Course Project has simulated what a company's HR operative does when creating a new position in an organization. You have progressed thorough the following processes:

recognizing the need for a new position

getting it approved

job analysis

job description

performance appraisal

compensation and benefits

union eligibility

selection

onboarding and training

Now you will compile your separate Course Project submissions into one concise, Final Report.

Revise and polish your content as necessary to meet your instructor's recommendations as well as the feedback you received from your team mates (on the training plan). Be sure that your Final Report flows logically as a single document.

Reflect on your experience of creating this new position and write a conclusion describing what you learned through the process. Also include an explanation of how you incorporated the feedback that you received from your team mates in order to improve your final product.

Your Final Report should be written in APA format and have 5-7 content pages plus an Appendix that consists of the Training Proposal Feedback forms you received from your team mates. It should demonstrate a strong thesis statement supported by research from at least 5 different sources and include in-text citations.
