Extensive Crime Control Response Needed

I need a response to the attached homework assignment within 24 hours!!!  Only respond if you can not only have the answer within 24 hourss but can submit a 6 page response to ONLY question #1 of the ttached goverment question.  The response must be well written and all parts of the question must be answered.  You must be able to follow all of the steps in Procedural Guide 3 (including the list of stakeholders, each stakeholder's detailed position, a graph(step 5 of guide) and culmulative frequency distribution).  Also, last part of question 1 requires a comparison of your findings with the Case Study.   This is for a public policy analysis class and the I would like the subject of the response to be about recent crime control IN THE UNITED STATES.  For example, what is happening in Ferguson, Missouri.  If you are interested, please let me know ASAP.
