Demonstration Exercise

I need the attached demonstration exercise completed. 

The professor is only looking for only part 1 of the demonstration exercise to be answered.  All questions in part 1 need to be answered and I would like a few graphs and pie charts along with detailed response to all parts of the question.  Please be sure to compare the answer with the attached 3.1 Case Study.  I would like you to concentrate on a type of crime control.  This answer must be original and not an answer that someone else has purchased.
