Hi this is for a Financial Modeling class, I will send you my model for a case 51:"Palamon Capital Partners/TeamSystem S.p.A."(which you can find on google), and you need to explain this excel model, I need a 5 page write-up, u dont need to explain the background or anything, just explain the model I give you.
