Ethical thinking, Maslow's hierarchy needs, Collin's leadership, ethical model
Maslow’s hierarchy refines, yet expands the individual’s sphere of influence as one moves up levels. Does Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs expand individual's sphere of influence? What are the links between Maslow's hierarchy and Collin's five-level leadership? And How evolution in Maslow's hierarchy affects the leadership styles (Collin's scale), personality types (using Myers-Briggs), and the choice of ethical model(Universalism, Utilitarianism, Virtue, Egoism, Feminist, Justice). Be specific, giving examples to explain would be great.
