Effective Meeting Design

The Firm: A leading entertainment company that finances 75 percent of the country’s animated movies.

The Task: A film production house has approached your company with a proposal for a big-budget animation movie using new technology. Your company has invited the production house representatives for a meeting to discuss the proposal. Your company’s managers plan on asking some tough questions while the film makers present their vision for the film. How will you plan this meeting?
