This is a good start, but your slides still need a fair amount of work. My primary concerns are: (1) there is too much text on many of the slides, and you should reorganize so that all of your literature/motivation is toward the beginning before stating your research question; (2) your model would be better if your represent it as as simple graph or equation; and (3) you need to clearly identify your unit of observation, dependent variable, and key independent variable(s) in the data slide. Attached are a copy of your slides with comments. Please let me know if you have questions. I would recommend trying to meet with me if you are unclear about how to move forward with this changes.
