Write a paper in 700 to 1,050 words in which you address the following:

• Describe a current event within your health care organization that requires leadership attention. Heading: Current Event
• From your readings this week, apply a leadership theory that most closely represents your approach to addressing the situation.  Heading: Leadership Theory
• Explain why your selection would accommodate a desirable outcome.  Heading: Desirable Outcome

Format your paper consistent with APA 6th Edition guidelines. Use headings to identify each required element as described above.  

Include:  Introduction . An introduction should identify the key points to be discussed in the paper.  Ex:  The author will discuss. . . .  Ex: Highlights of this paper will be. . . . .

Include: Conclusion.  A conclusion should refocus the reader by summarizing the major points that were discussed. A conclusion should not include new material. 

 References:  All references are required to be cited within the text.  And all citations are required to be referenced on the reference page. Review the APA Tips and Sample APA paper I posted under Announcements. 

 Turnitin/ Plagiarism Report is required.  Copy and past the Turnitin/Plagiarism Report in its entirety after the references. When submitting your document do not include references as it will increase the percentage.  Do not submit it as a separate document.  I recommend turning your paper into the Turnitin/Plagiarism before Monday or early Monday because of the program gets very busy with papers being turned in.
